Les Moulins Mahjoub has developed a range of quality products based on traditional old world food preservation techniques.

This exceptional couscous is made by women who wet their hands in Moulins Mahjoub’s olive oil, hand roll the semolina flour into sizeable spheres, though not quite as large as Israeli couscous, and then it is left to dry in the sun which gives it a nutty, earthy flavour unlike any other couscous.
