Grès D’alsace Affiné Champagne


Made from raw cows milk, this cheese ripens in three stages. For the first 3 weeks, the cheeses are washed twice a week with slightly salted water. They are then embellished for three weeks with fine champagne twice a week. Just before shipping they are washed one last time with the champagne. Which naturally intensifies the taste and gives the taste a fruity punch.
