Our Tomato growing friends at I Sapori di Corbara also have an amazing talent for growing Italian Apricots.

 The Pellecchiella Apricot is one of only a few apricot varieties grown on or around Mt. Vesuvious.

Like the Corbari tomatoes the apricot farm requires no manmade irrigation as the sea mist ‘The Magic Mist of Corbara’ climbs the mountain and naturally waters the plants.

The apricots are hand harvested and sorted through before being handmade in to this magnificent jam in the traditional Italian way.
