Parmigiano-Reggiano Disolabruna 24 months DOP


Named after its producing areas; the provinces of Parma, Reggio Emilia and specific parts of Bologna, Modena and Montova. Under Italian law only cheese produced in these provinces may be labeled Parmigiano-Reggiano as it has a protected designation of origin.

This Parmesan is made in Parma exclusively from the unpasteurized milk of the disolabruna breed of red cow and matured for 24 months.
