Raclette is semi hard, cows milk cheese made of the French side of the Alps. Made using ancient methods and unpasteurized milk. Morbier is a cow’s milk cheese from the small town of Morbier in Franche-Comté. Its creamy texture and rich flavour compliments the Raclette perfectly.
